Architecture
Your app renders one MiriAppProvider near the root. It exchanges your sign-in token for a StickyHealth session, loads the member and their coach, and shares that state through React context. Components and the useMiriApp hook read from it, so you can place SDK screens anywhere under the provider.
Chat screens talk to the coach over a live socket connection. Everything else uses the StickyHealth REST API.
Server-side, StickyHealth can deliver the member's notifications to your backend as webhooks instead of sending push notifications itself. See Webhooks.
